Ø Design & Estimation Engineer for most of the Yas Island and Abu Dhabi security system projects as listed below that Bond Communications have since 2008.

Ø From 2008-2009, assigned as overall in-charge for design and approval of security systems of Yas Island projects.

Ø Act as immediate consultant for security systems of the company - theoretical and practical solutions. Main contributor for Security Solutions strategies.

Ø Sent to commission the Security System of Mazagan Hotel in El-Jadidah, Morocco, Africa. This project is composed of 827+ Analog Cameras and 10+ Access Controlled Doors. Equipment Used: CARDAX, BOSCH LTC8900

Ø Sent to conduct site visit for potential projects, meeting with consultants/clients for site details and required data.

Ø Commissioned the CCTV expansion of AX 101 Cargo Mega Terminal in Dubai Airport: Matrix Used: PELCO CM9770

This project is composed of more than 250+ CCTV cameras, interfaced to Honeywell Security Management System using NORTEL video encoders and Edwards Fire Alarm System using PELCO CM9760-ALM. Outdoor PTZ cameras are connected thru Fiber Optic Cables using IFS FIBER CONVERTERS.

Ø Designed the Etihad Towers (5 Towers) in Abu Dhabi and once assigned as Project Engineer in 2008. This project is composed of 727+ IP Cameras and 2,407+ Access Controlled Doors. Management Software: CARDAX, BOSCH VIDOS

Ø Due to high demand of security systems projects in the Middle East and having the expertise in design, from site was then requested back to main office just to concentrate in the design and tendering of security system projects. From time to time visiting projects for updates and variations required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AS DESIGN & ESTIMATION ENGINEER:

v Prepare design, estimates, and technical proposal; conduct site survey for Electronic Security projects that includes the above‐mentioned systems.

v  Interprets customer requirements, specifications, architectural drawings, and project needs and applies video and security related products to satisfy these requirements but economic solution.

v  Electrical Floor Plans design and lay out for the proper location, installation and wirings of the system devices.

v  Provide equipment lists, price quotations, single line diagrams/drawings/schematics, system proposals in response to customer requirements and sales opportunities.

v  Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction and maintenance of the systems.

v  Provide technical and engineering supports related to design, equipments/devices, such as drawings and other engineering information.

v  Carry out all design activities with the objective of success of the project in terms of quality, duration and profitability.

v  Provide Technical clarifications to the Customer during the Design submission / approval stage and attend meeting if required to clarify and accelerate the approval process.

v  Act as immediate security systems consultant in the company.

AS PROJECT ENGINEER:

v  Project management, implementation & commissioning of the above‐mentioned systems for high rise buildings, residential and commercial facilities

v  Assist the team of CAD engineers in the preparation of As‐built Drawings.
